Product Features
(1) This series crumbler is designed by concentrating various internal and external advantages of its kind onto one and is a new-type crushing equipment with low noise and high efficiency. It can be combined with our SKLN series counter-flow cooler to install under the cooler to shorten the process flow and lessen area occupied. It is capable of crushing big particles of Φ4.5-Φ8mm into small irregular ones of Φ2-Φ2.5mm. Compared with the machines directly crushing pellets with small diameter, it has advantages of higher capacity, and lower energy consumption. In addition, special rollers for crushing pawn feed pellets can be made according to users’ need.
(2) The crumbler is with an unique drive mechanism and has a bypassing system. So, it is quite convenient in operating or changing degree. With its compact and reasonable structure, excellent crushing efficiency, low noise, it is a necessary equipment for feed mill to crush feed pellets.
