● Widely used in drying big size pellet in chemical, mine, environmental protection and other industries, applied for all kinds of pellet, powder materials.

● Rotary dryer (abbreviate to dryer thereinafter) is used for drying wet materials such as: blastfurnace slag, slunch, limestone, pulverized coal, ore and quartz stone in chemical industry, fertilizer industry and construction material industry; metal extractive ore, lixiviate slag and tailings in metallic ore dressing industry; washed coal, calcium fluoride and iron oxide sheet in steel factories; some other materials which won’t cause chemical reaction and produce harmful gas while drying, at the same time, these materials can resist fear and high temperature and won’t be polluted by gas. The output could be customized by customer needs. 

● The diameter of the rotary dryer and raw material’s moisture determine the capacity.”

● Three cylinder is suitable for raw material with high specific gravity, like sawdust, sludge, etc. Advantage: small land-occupation, high heat utilization rate, high capacity.

● Single cylinder is suitable for raw material with low specific gravity, like leaves, straw, beet leaves, etc. Compared with three cylinder, bigger land-occupcation, lower heat utilization rate, and lower capacity.
